Our business specializes in bringing to the Bay Area that Authentic southern creole and Cajun style of savory. Both Peg and Lee were born in Louisiana and have been bringing that Southern twist to the Bay. Our Gumbo won 1st place this past October in the annual Gumbo and Jambalaya festival. The fish is prepared with the best seasoning Louisiana had to offer.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
contact is usually by website via email or and then a phone call details of what the customer is looking for and party size song with a budget. Once I have a budget then I can discuss with the customer the items we offer that can fit into the budget they are working with.

Ledell Banks has successfully completed and received his safe serve certification and all staff have successfully completed the food handling course

How did you get started in this business?
Peg and Lee's Bayou Cuisine is new to the Bay Area.The owners were both born and raised in Louisiana and are Graduates of Southern University and BRCC.The Rib King is a self taught beast on the grill and also on the Cajun fryer as well. Peggy was taught by Louisiana legend Mary O Fisher who lived to be 107 yrs old before she passed away. That Cajun/Creole spice runs deep in their blood line. Try the BBQ ribs brisket and pulled pork. You will love the savory.
