About
We serve all natural Indian food cooked by trained professional Indian Chef Tom Vellaringattu from Indian Cooking School. We focus on the cuisine of South Indian Tropical state of Kerala. Our customers like our food very much as they feel like eating all natural homely food at Spice n Flavor
I feel excited to see out customers enjoy my food and leave empty plates or containers or take the leftovers home. I lije offering samples of other dishes they haven’t ordered for them to taste and enjoy.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to work with customers in planning the menu for the catering in advance so that we can procure the best ingredients and provide the best tasting food
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained in Indian Trade Cooking at the Institute of Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition in Chennai (Madras), India and have worked in catering field in Chennai and in Saudi Arabia. I have developed my on dry spice (curry) blends in USA under tge brand name ‘Spice n Flavor’

How did you get started in this business?
As a child I was always interested in good food as I spent a lot of time watching my mother in the kitchen. After high school I decided to attend professional cooking training to build a career in Food industry. After spending several years in IT industry, I decided to start Spice n Flavor Restaurant in San Jose as my friends enjoyed my cooking.
