Michele Nicole Photography, specializing in all types of portraiture, event coverage, weddings, band & travel photography for over 20 years. MNP has traveled and lived all over the US and abroad, currently residing along the Central Coast of California. MNP loves the chance to adventure to a new destination, capturing the essence of every place through her lens. She has a Bachelors degree in Visual Journalism from the prestigous Brooks Institute of Santa Barbara. Ca. She started her career as a young teen working at the legendary Dexter's Camera in downtown Ventura, Ca. Her style is candid and fun, as she creates a storybook of images for her clients. MNP is available for destination weddings, on location portraiture, band coverage, editorial shoots and most events.

I have loved photography since I was very young. I love traveling to new places to photograph new people. I love making others happy with beautiful imagery. My original love for photography was all travel related. I backpacked through more than 20 countries before I started a family. As a mom, my love is the ability to be home with my daughter and still get to do my job. I love meeting other families and taking beautiful photos of their children. There is nothing more valued to parents than photos of their children. We all know how fast time flies, I feel grateful that I am able to capture these fleeting moments!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, it depends on the event, but typically Michele Nicole goes over each customers wants and needs, along with budget. We work out a package and MNP sends out a contract, if needed. Every client is different so things aren't always handled the same, MNP values her clientelle and is always willing to work around whatever obstacles come up!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Michele Nicole has a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Journalism from Brooks Institute of Santa Barbara, Ca. and has been working in the industry for over 20 years with great reviews on Yelp, Facebook and Google.
