My staff and I are friendly, and professional. Every event is different and I’m able to adjust menus to fit different needs. I’ve been cooking professionally for over 20 years and I’m capable of cooking various types of cuisine. In 2011 I was voted best chef on Hawaii island. During the past 7 years I’ve been the nutritional chef for the LA Galaxy soccer team, but I enjoy catering privately on the side.
I really enjoy using fresh, organic ingredients to make beautiful food packed with flavor. Also it’s very rewarding to see people enjoy what you have created

I send an approximate price quote and then usually go over the details of event so that we can customize the experience for the guests

I have a culinary art certificate from Orange Coast college and have worked for several high end restaurants and hotels in California and Hawaii

I’ve always loved cooking and after culinary school I started working at the Ritz Carlton hotel in Laguna Niguel for 5 years
