When working with new or repeat customers I really enjoy going over the details, putting all the ideas together and then seeing come to life the day of the event. Some events are small and simple and some events are large and extravagent. But the smiles on my customers faces when their event is a success is priceless.

When working with a new customer, we always go over a variety of questions to send over the best quote possible. Have a Free One on One Consultation is helpful for the client to get to know the sales representative that they will communicating with to assure all the details are in place. We assist from timelines, floorplans, food ideas, set up and clean up duties.
Our Sales Representatives have had extensive hands on experience for the past 15 years. From yearly seminars to assure that we attend to keep up with the trends for food and decor.
We don't have standard pricing. Every event and customer is unique. We have a variety of menu and menu options to guide our customer with the style of food, services and decor that they are looking for.
We are a family oriented business. Dad or as we call him Chef Arturo was an executive chef for many years before retiring. He started as a private chef for small events of 10 guests and moved to larger catering events of 1000 guests. I joined the team 11 years ago and then my partner or brother joined us 8 years ago.
We work with a variety of customers and ethnicities. From high end weddings and private events to large or small corporate functions. We service Quinceanera's, Weddings, Grand Openings, Open Houses, Birthday Parties and Non-Profit Organizations for fundraisers.
I always recommend for my customers to get other price quotes to compare apples to apples. Not only should you compare pricing, but taste the food and meet with the sales representative that will be assisting you in the planning process of your event. All these factors are important in trying to assure that your event is successful and you are as stress free as possible to enjoy the process and day of.
I always recoccemend to go over the details of what comes included in your price quote:
Do you include tables for buffets and beverages?
Does catering equipment come included or is it an additional cost? - Example, Chafers, Sternos, Serving Utensils, etc
How early do you arrive to set up and how long does it take to clean up?
Does set up and clean up mean buffet or food support only or does it mean guest tables and additional set up of other areas? What is the cost if I would like to assistance with guest table and other areas of set up?
How long are servers confirmed for?
Is gratuity included in the price?
Will there be additional kitchen costs if the location has no kitchen?
These are great questions to ask. There are many more, but these would provide the customer a more accurate quote and not have unexpected fees.
