What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First setup a 15 min call to discuss the scope and requirements of a customer. Then come up with a photo shoot plan with the customer. Agree on the pricing and deliverables.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters degree in Computer Science and well versed with editing software and various types of photography. I been doing photography workshops, training and assignments since 2000.
