My name is Chef Porsche Thomas.
I specialize in Vegan fare that doesn’t compromise on taste and I have been the personal Chef to Mogul Russell Simmons, cooked for the likes of MY Lyte, Ed Weeks, and even hosted my own cooking show on Cleo TV called New Soul Kitchen. I pride myself on quality and taste that even non-vegans rave about.
I am certified in plant-based nutrition and have experience educating people on how to begin, and maintain, a vegan diet.
I’m the author of the cookbook Porsche Cooks Vegan: Recipes for the Soul, available on Amazon.
