My name is Crescenzo , and I have been passionately honing my culinary craft for over 13 years. My culinary journey began at the tender age of 14 in Italy, where I attended the esteemed “Istituto Alberghiero Professionale” in Napoli. Over the years, I honed my skills and expertise, working in renowned cities like Rome, Tuscany, Switzerland, and of course, Napoli, before finding my way to California.

Throughout my career, I have passionately embraced various roles in the kitchen and the restaurant industry, constantly challenging myself to improve and refine my culinary techniques. My mission has always been to work with raw ingredients, drawing inspiration from ancient Neapolitan recipes, and transforming them into something simple yet uniquely flavorful.
