About
If you ask most people, they hate getting their picture taken. Who can blame them? It's a vulnerable experience, where you bear your soul to the world and trust that the person on the other side of the lens will make you look "good". I pride myself on my ability to connect with clients and create a comfortable and confident atmosphere so that the process is not only painless, but results in fantastic images that are certain to impress.
After a decade in the professional market, I have come to enjoy working with individuals from every industry. Whether it's creating a safe and sexy environment during a boudoir shoot & helping bring out her inner goddess or capturing flawless commercial photography to help increase their reach and drive a brand or company forward... You name it, I'll shoot it.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try to connect on a human level with new customers. I want to get to know you, maybe understand what these new photos would mean to you. Together we can come up with a game plan of how to create the best possible imagery for your needs. Communication is key from the very start so that everyone's expectations are met.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years of consistent work in the industry. Besides my degree in Photography from the University of Denver, I have compeleted countless courses in order to increase my competency with off camera-lighting, alternative processes, and become a master photo-editor.
How did you get started in this business?
What started as a passionate hobby, quickly turned into a career when I realized I wanted to spend my days creating imagery that stops the viewer in their tracks. I found that by capturing amazing photography for others, I could help their careers grow to the next level through positive exposure.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with folks from all walks of life. I've shot for big names like Steven Tyler & Aerosmith, nationwide restaurant chains like Snooze: An A.M. Eatery, and hundreds of local actors, performers and small businesses.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
One of my favorite recent memories is travelling to Sweden with three generations of family members, so that we could explore our ancestral home and see where our bloodline originated.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Anyone can buy a camera and begin calling themselves a professional photographer, in order to find the true pros... I always suggest that customers state their needs, and then follow up by asking the "pro" what they think, or how they can take your idea to the next level.
