I have been in the industry for ten years. Expanding in all different branches of the industry. I provide very personalized attention to detail. I specialize in menus geared toward mental and physical health facilities. Along with high volume bakery and catering experience. My business is very family friendly and our main focus is to provide food that brings people together. That’s what I love about my work the most!

My typical process is, trying to work with clients to figure out all things they like/dislike and get their dishes priced accordingly. Normally reviewing menus, pricing and event information to ensure best service.
