With years of culinary experience and a sushi journey that began in 2007, OG brings a deep respect for Japanese cuisine, precision, and hospitality to malibu Sushi Catering. His work reflects a balance of discipline, freshness, and artistry, where every detail, from preparation to presentation, is approached with intention.

Having served as Head Sushi Chef from 2014 to 2016, OG developed a strong foundation in kitchen leadership, quality control, and refined guest experiences. His style is rooted in simplicity, consistency, and respect for ingredients, while embracing the elevated standards of modern luxury hospitality.

Beyond the kitchen, OG is a devoted husband and proud father of two, guided by family, humility, and hard work. For him, sushi is more than cuisine; it is a way to create connection, celebration, and memorable moments through food.
