Having served as Head Sushi Chef from 2014 to 2016, OG developed a strong foundation in kitchen leadership, quality control, and refined guest experiences. His style is rooted in simplicity, consistency, and respect for ingredients, while embracing the elevated standards of modern luxury hospitality.
Beyond the kitchen, OG is a devoted husband and proud father of two, guided by family, humility, and hard work. For him, sushi is more than cuisine; it is a way to create connection, celebration, and memorable moments through food.
