I only use USDA Prime House Dry Aged cuts of Beef, Air Chilled never frozen Poultry, Fowl & Seafood, Organic Vegetables. fresh hand made Pastas, House Cultured Butter, Breads & Cheeses as well as Masterful Sauces, Fun Confections, Candies, Fresh house churned Ice Creams & Sorbets. Only the best quality all the time 100% from scratch & always cooked on site. I BRING ALL THE FOOD, NAPKINS, DISHES, SILVERWARE AND PLACE SETTINGS FOR THIS DINNER...

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is very simple.
You tell me what you would like to eat and I create a custom menu just for you.
I shop I prep and I cook on site.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of Le cordon Bleu Pasadena California I then went to work under 2 Iron Chef America Champions in Scottsdale AZ
I have Apprenticed in Michelin Restaurants from Los Angeles CA all the way to San Francisco CA
