My passion and calling is cooking is why out of all my work experiences l decided to start my own Foodtruck and Catering named after my Grandma l would watch in the kitchen instead of playing outside. I love having fun in the kitchen creating new dishes and most of all sauces let me tell you it's sooooo much fun. In my experience I've had the opportunity to work for lot's of venues, Corporate events, Weddings and the list goes on. For Bragging rights l also was blessed with a few special popup guests from Gur Fieri to Ricky Henderson just to name a few. I worked as a waitress for 30 years meeting and greetings lot's of people that l still call friends this day. I put my heart and soul into making my customers experience with Gaga's is one to never forget and to share with other's. It's what l deliver that keep my passion alive 🍽
