Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to find out what it is that they’re looking to get as a final results. Are they interested in portrait prints digital images or maybe an album. Once we’ve got that figured out then we set up a process of making sure they have all the things in place like location wardrobe lighting and time and once we’ve done our photo shoot we didn’t get together to go over the images together and make final decisions for orders and retouching if needed and what not. I basically hold my clients hand the whole way through till the end to make sure we end up at the result intended

Each photographer has a different process of how they work you might want to make sure that that process fits your style also as far as viewing images ordering products receiving digital images.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Sometimes you might not know what to ask until you talk to the photographer. As a photographer I bring up questions that they haven’t even thought of asking that is very helpful for them and me.
