Caribbean Queen Catering services the Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, and Ft. Collins areas with a diversified menu from Chef Evelyn Clarke’s international background and culinary training. Her roots in the Caribbean are further complimented by family origins in both England and India as well as chef training in Miami adding Latin and Mediterranean dishes to her culinary repertoire. Once she arrived in Colorado, the menu expanded to include regional favorites as well.
