What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give the best information I can while being as polite as I can. I work well with my clients to the best of my ability also work with them with budget when possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been taking pictures since I was little unofficially and I have a certificate of graduation in professional photography course that I received in 2020

I tell them the average price for that genre and give them a price around that.
How did you get started in this business?
I was getting my certificate for professional photography so I could open my business because I love taking pictures. I opened my business in June 2020 which is hard because of the pandemic and being an Army wife with 5 kids but I am pushing through.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Family so far due to the pandemic
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Have fun with your photos, makes it easier for you and the photographer. Make sure you like the style of the photographer that your picking so there is no miscommunication. Also make sure you like their quality of work.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What is the best time to take the pictures because sun can be harsh.
