In 14 years have I worked with a wide array of clients. We now focus on weddings and corporate lunches but I am still open to discuss any type of event including retail.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We are known for providing service for weddings. I have recently worked with Meta, Ferrari and Optic Nerve, providing full meals and appetizers spreads.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Get on the phone with people. Do we sound like we have it together? How quickly are you getting responses? Look for competency...which I have!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Guest count, Budget, Location, Service time. Do you want Apps, Mains, Deserts and Drinks?
