About
My back round Lebanese I cook professionally and inherited this amazing tool from generations. Been in the US fro 33 years make me realize that I want to do something to give people the right taste of ethnic Lebanese cuisine, something to tell people this is the taste of back home. All items made from scratch with fresh produce and ingredients. I want people to think they are eating home prepared meal with love coming from a mother kitchen who don’t make a different between her own family and the guests who are visiting her truck or her kitchen or having meals delivered to them.
