BBQ started as a hobby that turned into a passion and I love seeing people enjoy great food that I have prepared. Many people grow up in bbq area's like Texas and Kansas City, but getting real quality bbq away from home can be a hunt. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just a few conversations and emails is all it really takes to get all the details out of the way. We will typically check in right before the event to ensure that all of the details are still good with the customer or if changes need to be made.

Typical catering prices:
One meat - $14 per person
Two Meats - $16 per person
Three meats - $18 per person
All of the above come with a free appetizer, side or dessert per person.
Additional fees apply for drinks, dinner ware and buffet set up.

How did you get started in this business?
Started over 20 years ago as a backyard hobby that turned out to be a lifetime passion. Finding good bbq in many parts of the country was difficult so we started cooking for ourselves. It turned out to be a hit with our friends and neighbors and here we are today catering events big and small.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers for banquets, weeding receptions, birthday parties and more. Small to large parties we can help you with your next party or event.
