What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
¹ 1st a phone call to find out the specifics specifics of their event or project.
² 1st email to confirm everything that we discussed in our 1st conversation and to see what other specific needs / visions the client may have for their event or project.
³ 2nd phone call 4 to 5 days before shoot day. Goal = Finalizing confirm the client's desires desires as well as give give further recommendations recommendations in terms of wardrobe etc...
⁴ Confirmation email for any last minute changes.
⁵ 24-48hrs after the shoot - client receives proofs to select their favorites.
⁶ 24-48 hrs after receiving the client's favorites - Finalized fully edited Photo / Video is delivered to Client.
