What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first talk to them on the phone then arrange to meet them at a convienant location. I feel people should meet before the hiring process begins so you know what you are getting. I ask thema sseries of questions and answer what ever it is they have on their mind.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
None. I took a few online course to help start my business and some in classroom training with a established professional In New York City. I have being taking pictures as a hobby for over 15 years and have been approached by friends, family and acqaintainces to to start my own business. I love my job and what I can offer my clients.
