What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to create roadmap of the vision, find out what the customers needs are, after that I set a time an date an just let the magic happen. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and a lot of times stress can get added on to make things look right. Well as for me, I take all the stress an just make magic happen.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught trial by error digital graphics artist. My education in this field is merely just taking work moment by moment and learning as I go.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do not have an overall set standard price system. I charge prices based off the project done. However the prices that are non-negotiable and nonrefundable is booking and retainer fee and consultation fee which is $125.
How did you get started in this business?
To be completely honest, I really can't remember, all I can remember is buying my first camera an tripod from a thrift shop and the rest is history.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I generally work with families that want to create memories. From young to old, even animals too.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Not to give out all the details but my fondest memory was helping a photographer get the money shot who was working with a former Miss Universe an my idea of that money shot made it into the magazine that the photographer was working for.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Go with your gut and ask yourself if this individual is going to help you see your vision into reality.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Honestly you need to know what you want, can it get done on your budget, and will it be done in a decent amount of time.
