How did you get started in this business?
I left my job one day & wanted to do something I loved with a passion. So I wrote up a business plan and went from there

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I did a birthday party in the Poconos. It was a great time. It was a small intimate gathering of 20 people and just good to hear compliments on my dishes
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Just be transparent about what's needed for the event so we have a great line of communication and full understanding
