My parents were doing catering for over 20 years to businesses such as hospitals, corporates, private events, and private clubs until we decided to finally open our own restaurant!
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types! The good thing about owning a restaurant is that you mean all kind of people, and most have not even tried this kind of food before. Those are the ones that Gets us so pleased once we see their reaction after trying our food for the first time!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
End of January this year we had to cater an engagement party of over 120 people at a house in Middlebury CT. That turned out A++++. We saw most of the invitees at our restaurant in the next few months because they were so happy and pleased and amazed by our food and customer service and the way of course we presented every meal because that matters a lot!!!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Honestly, if you are looking to hire someone that you can trust blindly with everything from how they present every dish, to how they serve it, to the quantity and quality of every dish, and finally to our excellent customer service, then we are the one and no need for you to look any further!!
