We pride ourselves with our menu of all things turkey, chicken and fish since 2012. Our famous crab and shrimp fries, fish special with Mr. T’s sauce, crab-shrimp and fish tacos, jerk wings, jerk rice bowl, fried turkey chops or legs and more unique dishes with out beef or pork and salt.
Our unique food truck is known for it’s quality and quantity of our dishes. We enjoy serving our popular dishes and also creating new dishes for our clients who dk not eat beef or pork. in addition we have veggie dishes that are great!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers may contact us via email to request our catering packet at [email protected] which includes a video presentationnof our dishes along with catering request proposal. We then develop a customized menu for their event, then a non refundable deposit is requested.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We actually provide a state approved training program on how to start a food truck business, certification for food truck vendors and the administrative side of running, operating and managing a food business.

Our dishes are between $15 and $19 per person!
How did you get started in this business?
Needed to provide lunch to our students at the T.Byrd Training Center - a state approved private vocational school, so we converted our techmobile - a mobile computer class room into a mobile foodtruck.
