We have a Latin inspired menu and can also provide American Fare as well. Raised in Venezuela, I am very familiar with Latin American cooking and ingredients. We have provided catering services for the last 5 years, and have operated our Meal Assembly Kitchen for 11 years. Our team is passionate about perfection and customer service! We also provide decoration services as well as rentals.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We meet first time customers in person, whether at our kitchen or their home or event space. Once we determine the requirements we provide the customer with options to choose from and if desired, a tasting of the choices.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

A combined total of 20 years in the restaurant and food business.


How did you get started in this business?

We began offering catering services because we found ourselves always being asked by friends to provide the food at their parties.


What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with private individuals and corporate entities such as Equinix Data Centers and the Inter American Defense College in Washington DC


Describe a recent event you are fond of.

We just finished the third graduation ceremony for the Inter American Defense College. LASt year we provided catering for an event there that was attended by the PResident of Chile, Michelle Bachelet and Secretary General of the OAS Luis Almagro. Receiving kudos from them was a definite highlight!


What advice would you give a customers looking to hire a vendor in your area of expertise?

Ask for past references and contact those references.


What questions should customers think through before talking to vendors about their needs?

First would be a budget! Second is the number of guests!
