What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk with the Customer, go thru their requirements for the event, I send and quote and if approved we work out payment modalities and I also offer food tasting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended International Culinary Institute (Art Institute) at Rosslyn, VA.
I am also a certified food Manager and food handler. My business is insured and we ensure that all safety precautions are taken to provide you with a safe and tasty presentation.
