Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For clients I generally get as much detail to find out what need I will collaborate with them to make their desired photos.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the Maryland College of Art and Design in Visual Communications in Graphic Arts. Years later I was trained by a renowned east coast photographer located in Washington DC. I am an artist by trade leaning into the style of portrait arts.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing is negotiable at a minimum $250.00 for 1.5 hours for general portrait, model, and lifestyle photos. I will work with clients depending on circumstances.
How did you get started in this business?
I am a portrait artist by trade since 1996. My wedding photographer encouraged me to be trained by him. After training I pushed myself into the field of photography since 2017 and loved it ever since while incorporating my artistic portrait skill.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with the general public, small businesses and companies, models, and new actors and actresses.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
There was a moment when a mother asked me to photograph her disabled son. There were many conditions and care for him I had to consider because of medical devices and health. Though it took a little long to get the photos done I did the edits with no issues. His mother loved the photos to no end and thanked me graciously.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask as many questions and concerns. Give what details you can give and be patient as I will be patient with their concerns. Striving for quality is the utmost importance when tending to clients.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I am here to make what ever it is to ask happen. Continue asking questions and I will answer and do what for my clients.
