I’m a from scratch, farm to table chef. Cooking different cuisines and diets from Asian, Mediterranean, Spanish and French cuisines as well as a wide-range of pastry making.
Specializing in healthy and delicious meals. locally-sourced, organic ingredients (vegan, vegetarian, and kosher dietary restrictions menu available with requests) , Using fresh in season and the finest seafood, poultry, meats and the star Vegetables.
As much as I enjoy the art of cooking, Im inspired by my own roots.What I love, is seeing family and friends sit down at a table to enjoy each other’s company”.The food is just the gateway to the experience.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The hardest part is reaching out.. after that I'll walk you through creating your events menu... and let me worry about all the food/ bartending and decorations if you choose too 🥰
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began in the Deli at Harris farmers market in Atlanta GA.. and became a cook within a few months at 15 years old. With a lot of natural talent, desire to learn and strong work ethic I moved quickly up the ranks.

It’s fair, and highly competitive for the quality I offer. Fully serviced events include labor, rentals if needed, tax, just like any other catering company. Personal chef you may pay for food but it really comes out the same. Drop offs available in Philadelphia, New Jersey, Delaware and nearby.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What kind of food you would like. Where is the event? when? How many people( this is important) ? What will you need provided? (Is there an oven onsite? Enough plates, glasses, utensils etc)
