My typical customer is a realtor who usually knows exactly the type of services they need and want. They order from my website and then we schedule a mutually convenient time for the shoot. Once the pictures have been edited, they are uploaded to my ordering system where the agent can preview the watermarked proofs. If we're all set, payment is made and images can be immediately downloaded for use. At the same time, the realtor will have access to all the marketing materials, which can be customized and used for social media, website, and printable sheets to be placed in the property for sale during showings and open houses. Homeowners would follow a similar process. We have a conversation about their budget for the job and what they're looking for from my services. I can guide them regarding what a buyer would like to see in order to make a decision to purchase. I happen to be a licensed realtor, as well, and am happy to share any information that would be helpful from a photography perspective. An order is typically placed on my website and then the homeowner would follow the same process as a realtor.
