What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is a thorough consultation to make she that the client and myself are on the same pool age with expectations and achievability.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have traveled to New York and studied at Bumble and Bumble, traveled to California to the Paul Mitchell school to train to be an educator and the Vidal Sasoon school in London.

I have a standard price for cuts and base colors, but as everyone knows no 2 heads are the same so depending on what kind of color you want to achieve will probably change the price.
How did you get started in this business?
I've always wanted to do hair. I started in jr high by doing all of my friends hair for dances.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Young, old, every age group. I love people and my clients.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
First can you achieve the same look at home that the hairdresser does at the salon.
Second what kind of upkeep will there be
Third must you style your hair everyday or shampoo everyday to achieve the look
