What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I introduce myself and tell them a little about me. Then I Ask a little about them. Then we do consultation. And move on from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did my first hair coarse in Barbados years ago, When I migrated up here. I went back to hair school. Did my state board exams and I opened my own suite. I love what I do with a passion.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do not have a standard price because . Everyone is different. Hair length is different and hair density is also different. So because of that I cannot charge the same thing for short hair /long hair.
How did you get started in this business?
Well as a little girl I always like doing my hair a d my friends hair. So I developed a passion for hair from a really young age. When I graduated high school . I went to Barbados to do a Cosmetology Course. I then opened my first salon when in I came back from Barbados with my certification. After a few years I moved to the United States did another Cosmetology course did my state board exams passed it and opens my suite.
