We are an All Birria food truck serving up the finest Birria dishes in North Carolina. From our Birria Tacos to our Birria Ramen and Pizzadillas we take pride in making sure the history of the culture is preserved. We enjoy serving people and watching their smiles and their instant gratification as they back to the truck to tell us about their experience. Our tender yet seasoned brisket is our signature so let no one fool you when we say we are the best at what we do.
