I like to meet them by phone to know what they desire.
Thrn we provide them a menu with everything they desire.
we finished up the details, close the contract, and senc them an invoice!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated as A culinary Chef from The International School of Arts, and I worked my first years at the best banquets around South Flórida, like The Breakers, The Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, The White Horse , Mar- a - Lago, The Jupiter Country Club, The Trump Jupiter Cohntry Club, West Boca Cohntry Club, Polo Country Club and others...plus I have a bachelor degree in Business Administration that help me a lot .

Not really, we personalize every customer with a different proposal, but we follow the market demand as well as the client budget.
