We offer baked empanadas, tacos, burritos, enchiladas; all made from scratch with fresh products and no additives or preservatives. Our desserts like Tres Leches Cakes, Tiramisu, Cheesecake, and our Tropical Juices are delicious. Our empanadas recipes are truly exceptional, our recipes come from my Argentina Native family, they are over one hundred years old, authentic Argentina recipes and we now have additional delicious flavors that you and your guests will love! We have been doing this for years!!!!! Started in 1989 in Tampa, Fl. Now we are pleased to also offer Authentic Mexican Tacos, Burritos, Enchiladas and other delicious meals for your special occasion or parties in addition to Empanadas. Choose from our Empanada, Tacos or Burrito Trays, Enchiladas, or a mixture of those and from our Tropical Juices and Desserts like Tiramisu, Cheesecake and Tres Leches Cakes.
We enjoy cooking but it is a greater pleasure to be a service to you. Throughout the years, we have enjoyed the compliments from customers. Our customers feel at ease as hosts knowing they can trust us with their catering needs. Customers' exceptional hosting experience is our goal!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We initially have an informative conversation with our customers over the phone where we learn about their event or party and explain our offerings. We can offer samples within 20 miles from our kitchen in Pompano Beach. We can offer samples to customers located over 20 up to 250 miles from our kitchen for potential large orders for 200 guests and over.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cooking classes in school, cooking experience for catering since 1989 and food manager certificate.
