What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with new salon guests begins with a get to know you session. we talk about what it is that they have had done in the past, what they havent been getting that they have wanted. and what we can achive together through open and complete communication. Achieveing the perfect style and the perfect look takes team work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a internation hair color educator and Hair color specialist. I have trained in some of the top training facilities in the country and abroad. I have been in the industry and worked as a colorist for 20 plus years. I continue to travel and learn with and from the best of the best in the Haircolor industry .
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is based on many factors. One being desired result. 2 being where we are starting from 3. what are your budgetary needs? I specialize in healthy hair. and getting the result a guest wants to achieve may take a few visits.
How did you get started in this business?
I was raised around beautiful women who encouraged me to explore my artistic nature by helping women and men see the beauty hiding in the rough. I worked as an apprentice for a couple of years while in hair school and beyond. I then traveled to hoan my craft and began specializing in haircolor and haircolor correction. I have worked in the south florida area for 24 years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The types of salon guests i work with range from stay at home moms to executives to movie and music industry stars. I have worked on movies and videos. However my all time favorite thing to do is work with the every day man or women who just wants to let their beautiful insides show on the outside.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A recent event I am fond of hmmmm EVERYTHING. I love life and enjoy exploring everything i can about it. I trable extensively to foreign counties. Most recently I went to stonehenge in england for the summer solstice festival and it was life changing. Being around good hearted beautiful people all loving the earth and putting good intentions out into the world truly made it a trip of a life time.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The advice I would give a new salon guest when looking ot hire a pro in my area of expertise would be to talk with me. Ask any and all questions you may have. I will listen and we will converse and find the best look for you. YOu know your hair and what it will or might not do. And i can show you ways of managing it when you might not have thought of a particular haircolor or techique

Questions that salon guests should think about before talking to pros are.. 1. what do you want to achieve? 2. What do you want to receive from your stylist (me) 3. What is your budget? 4. Are you being true to yourself with the expectations you have for you and your hair desires?
