What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love figuring out what the client's ultimate needs and goals are with these photos through our pre-shoot communication. We'll pull inspo together and discuss exactly what you are looking for and how we can make it happen.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I have a standard pricing for the following;
Portrait Sessions like Graduation, Couples and Engagement sessions.
But I also price on a per-project basis for any larger video or commercial projects.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've been fortunate to work with some major brands and enterprises including working on Campaigns for Starbucks & VoxMedia, as well as with Miami enterprises such as BurBowl, Inter Miami CF, the Miami FC. As well as taking headshots for many other small businesses, and some prestigous law firms like Hogan Lovells.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
- Have a visual reference of what you'd like for the best results. A Mood board, even in the form of a Pinterest board can go miles in making a shoot more successful so we can align visually on what you're expecting as a client.
- Offer a budget for the project, photographers are essentially producers and we handle logisitics, the more up front we are about what our parameters are the better we can make your vision happen.
