Hello , my name is Chef Jay , I’m a 33 year old chef , I have been a local chef in miami for the last 10+ years and a private chef in Mexico for 2 years also starting my own catering company for eco retreats on the Caribbean coast in Mexico , I specialize in all kinds of food but big on Mediterranean and Asian , cooking is my passion. I have worked for many high end and amazing restaurants including Michelin star chefs. I’m great for Personal cheffing , birthdays , anniversaries, bachelorette and bachelor’s parties, Shabbat , Meal planning , and much more !
