What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting new customers face to face and LISTENING to them. What do they need done? What skincare concerns do they have? We hope to convey to them that we are a trustworthy spa salon and have their best interests in mind at all times.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have essentially been in the beauty industry my entire adult life. I learned basic, fashion and bridal makeup artistry at Cosmix School of Makeup Artistry and never looked back. We pride ourselves on adapting to the changes in the business and offering the best skincare treatments to our customers. One certification that I am proud of is that I am a Licensed Facial Specialist. Only 3% of Makeup Artist in South Florida hold this License. How did you get started in this business?
I've always had a Love for The Arts and Makeup Is And Will Always Be My Pasion, However But Helping You All Reach Your Skincare Goals is my Business. I’ve always suffered with acne and even now it wasn’t until I became a licensed Esthetician that I learned the cause of acne, how to treat and prevent break outs. Skincare is Healthcare and when you look good you feel good. I love the excitement and confidence my clients have when the see their desired results.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers. We have worked with brides and bridesmaids as well as hosted spa parties for corporate events. We can diagnose and treat common skincare concerns like acne, anti-aging and hyperpigmentation.
We also specialize in body waxing and eye brow tinting. I am a licensed esthetician and I would like to meet your skin.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
We would tell them to look to establish a friendship with whoever it is they will give their business to. Make sure that they are responsive to phone calls and emails. There is nothing more frustrating then working with professional that you can’t ever seem to reach. We realize this and work hard to ensure that you feel like our only customer. And while we realize that we offer luxury spa services we want you to feel relaxed, appreciated and build a friendship throughout the process.
