About
Bubblehead's Catering is a full service Catering and Personal Chef service. Chef Pat Hoctor has over 30 years of Culinary Arts experience, including over 15 years of Fine Dining and Catering and Banquets. Chef Pat began his career as a cook in the United States Navy Submarine Service, where he served his country for 10 years. Upon completion of his Naval Service, he attended the Culinary Institute of Charleston where he graduated in 2005. He has worked at the Charleston Place Hotel, Canyon Ranch in Lenox, Ma, and the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club. He has also worked as a Culinary Professional at Longhorn Steakhouse and as a Baker at Spouse's Bakery.
I love to cook for other people. My passions are Italian Food, Seafood, Southern Cooking, and BBQ.
I enjoy trying and creating new dishes and recipes.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with the client to discuss their needs. Find out what their budget is, the exact date, location, and amount of guests. I will also need to find out any special requests or needs such as food allergies, customs they might want to observe, etc.
I will then work up a menu to submit to the client for approval.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts as well as Certificates in Catering Management and Serve Safe. I also have over 30 years of experience in Culinary Arts.

Pricing is based on Food Cost, Labor Cost (if I need to bring in help), My Fee for Services, and the amount of guests.
