What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well first we'd do a client consultation. I like to see what exactly are your hair needs. Then id listen to what your hair goals are and then from there we'd come up with a game plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I believe in continued education is very important for a stylist..every year i take coloring courses..extension training. I graduated from hair academy in 05 and can do an awesome clipper cut.

I decided that i was tired of working in a salon that didn't care about their clients and decided to create my own

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Hire someone who has something to show you. And of course pross that care and love what they do
