What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a conversation with new customers to understand their needs and how I can meet those needs with my services. It's important to know more than just the specs of a projects, but how it fits into their big picture so I can I better adapt my skills for their benefit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 10 years experience as a photogrpher and videographer, and many more years as a trainer and educator in various disciplines. Keeping up with the latest techniques and trends, I constantly research new ways to approach my work.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for someone who will try to understand what exactly it is you are looking for and deliver this in a timely manner. They also shouldn't be afraid to refer you to someone else if they are not comfortable with the project.
