I've been doing hair for about 32 years now, it's been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. I enjoy meeting new people, enjoy educating my clients on their different hair textures and providing the right product and care that they need for their hair. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically with a new customer when you arrive, you sit down for a quick consultation on what you want done. Whether is color change, cut, blowout, highlights or a treatment repair for your hair. We review prices and explain step by step what we will be doing to make sure you feel comfortable during the process. Our goal is to turn you into a returning customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied cosmetology in teddy ulmo academy P.R in 1986.I received my license in 1990, and have renewed it every year since. And before that I had been doing hair since I was 13 till I could go to school and learn which I later did.

How did you get started in this business?
I opened up this business in 2017 and had another shop in 2008 till 2014. I sold my shop previously due to my fourth child being born. I worked at home with my clients up till 2017 where I re-opened up my business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with just about everything and everyone. Ever Hair type there is, straight,curly,kinky,coily,wavy. You name it! I'm not scared of working with any hair type I work with all. Over the 32 years of my careers I've dealt with the worst cases down to the easiest. No job is too big or too hard. I'll get it done.
