What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For wedding clients, it's crucial we meet several months beforehand so we can ensure there is good relational chemistry. It's also a time to talk price, venue, process, and any other important details.
For other clients, it's important to get all relevant details such as venue, timeframe, turnaround, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ years of experience shooting private and public events for individual clients and for large organizations. I have shot over 200 events, 25 of which are weddings.

Yes. Package pricing (wedding) and hourly (everything else).
