What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start any project what we need to know is the idea that the client has, what he/she wants to achieve and how he/she would like this to be done. All of this info will be put together in a Pre-pro-book.
Once we have it approved we continue to build up the whole production.
After this we will have the process of editing to finalize the product.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We know the industry for more that 10 years now, and all of our professionals have a vast experience and knowledge on the industry.

If you want to hire a pro you must let them know exactly what you want to show within the project as well as asking. You should ask everything that you need.
