We are in this culinary industry for about 30 years, our chef German Gonzalea is a Cordon Bleau Graduate for 25 years, he has worked for Disney world for 10 years, having the opportunity to work as a chef in Tokyo and Hong Kong Disney parks, as well as in Central America for American companies, in the last fifteen years he has developed 4 important projects in the city of Miami, Adriana restaurant, Peruvian Japanese Fusion, very successful restaurant in 2007 Olima, international Fusion food,2014 level 29 for actor William Levy in Pembroke Pines 2019Nikkei food and Reunion Kitchn Bar in Aventura, 2019 Mediterranean food, as well as hosting special events for International Artists such as Emilio and Gloria Stefan, William Levy, Don Francisco, El Gordo de Molina, Fonsy and others. We are going to be happy to translate our 5 star experience in to your event o party.

We meet with our customer before to do everything proposal , we try to understand exactly all your needs after that we can prepare your proposal and we can start with you event
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Im chef graduated from cordón Bleau Orlando culinary Academy 25 years ago . My first restaurant I opened I San José Costa Rica 1985, and Bon Apetit , Catering and Events Company I left to Costa Rica in 1998 I started my university in Orlando I get my Graduation in 2003 , in 2000 I started to work with Walt Disney World in the Convention Center Grand Floridian , in 2008 I moved to Miami I opened the first Peruvian Fusion Restaurant in Miami in 2012 I opened my restaurant called Panka in 2014 opened a fusión Peruvian and Japanese Restaurant called Olima. In Bay harbor in 2020 closed with the pandemic problems and star work as a chef Advisory , I opened for William Levy Level 29 Restaurant, Mestizo in west Palm Beach, Reunion Kitchen Bar , Mediterranean Cuisine and Mar event and Catering .
