Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are new to the Fash.com website and excited to try it out. We find the process a good place to start a conversation. We are very open to the menu process and services we can provided. Nothing is too small or large as we have great connects. We are not limited to anyone type of food selection. Whether on a budget or looking for a high end event, we got you covered. We require a 50% deposit to confirm the arrangement. Increase and decrease of party size can be adjusted. We provide a detailed invoice process with online payment processing. Balance is due day of event. Gratuity is not included with the invoice. Should you need to break up payments with other parties we can make that happen as well as the collection of cash or check. If you have Tax Exempt status we must have a copy of that certificate to remove the tax.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been around for over 10 years and most famous for our gourmet foods to create amazing sandwiches. A few years back we expanded to catering. We do small drop off to fully staffed events. We have chefs on staff should we need that level of service. We provide a seasoned catering staff with uniforms and operational support for any size event. The owners work directly with clients to create your menu and tailor towards your expectations for your event. We are free form and do not have a set menu so that gives us great flexibility. Given our connections in the industry we can make anything happen food wise or party size.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Unlike most catering company we are able to provide a wide range of service and have references to the fact. Given our tenor in the gourmet sandwich business, lunch at a casual level for small and large groups is not a problem at all. With our expansion of Pink Catering, this allows us to provide a chef style experience for any event, be it large or small. We have the operational experience of wedding, galas, private parties, memorials, and even local festivals. Breakfast, lunch, dinner or brunch, not a problem. We actually enjoy the challenge of being new and fresh with each menu opportunity.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our advantage is we are an establish gourmet sandwich shop with over 10 years’ experience in our local market and can tote multiple local awards and accolades over the years include local TV segments , a what’s hot segment on PBS and featured caterer for almost all of the local nonprofit center giving back to the community such as National World Aids Museum, Stonewall Foundation, Sun-Serve, Broward House, The Pride Center at Equality Park, The Poverello Center, Broward Health, AHF, Gilda's Club South Florida, HOPE South Florida, Habitat For Humanity of Broward, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward County. We work with a lot of small and large corporate offices for lunches and dinners. We are the go to for several local religions for memorial and life celebrations, so short notice is not an issue. We have a rich list of references should and would be happen to match your event to one of our experiences in the past.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Bar Set-up - We provide a pour service and depending on the type of drinks needed we will match our staff to those needs. We do not provide the alcohol, mixers, or glassware in general for a bar set-up. We can provide quantity recommendations for your party size. Ice will need to be negotiated for the event, many factors to review for this item. We are a full catering set-up so we have access to bar equipment, tables, etc. Should glassware or alcohol need to be purchased we have a subcontractor we can bring in.
