I am Chef Brook-Lynn, a passionate chef within the Orlando area. I graduated from Johnson and Wales University with an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts. I began my career in 2017 for The Walt Disney World Resort and have been working in the industry ever since. I have worked in various locations from Epcot to the many resorts, such as The Swan and Dolphin Resort and The Contemporary Resort. I also possess Food Safety and ServSafe Alcohol certifications. 

My brief time within the industry does not equate to my experience and talent. As your personal chef, I would offer services such as:

- In-home cooking for breakfast/lunch/dinner for any diet

- Small/large party catering for events

- Create a meal plan accustomed to your dietary needs

- Assist clients in hosting personalized dinner parties while providing hospitality to guests

Get to know the chef! Examine if the chef is affable, hospitable, and someone that you can see yourself working with for an extended period of time. Also, examine their skills! The years of experience does not always equate to a chef's talent.
