What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1- Initial Conversation to get as much information as possible about said event.
2- Understand the clients needs, style of cuisine, any dietary restructions and of course allergies.
3- Menu Creation based on clients likes.
4- sending a proposal with pricing
5- Finalizing with a deposit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a professional chef for over 20 years. I have cooked for a number of A-List clients. I specialize in Creole, Caribbean and Latin inspired cuisine. However I am well versed in a multiple of other cuisines.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do have a standard pricing system, but it really depends on what kind of event customer is looking to do.
1- I have an Hourly rate + the cost of food
2- Full Service Catering rate per/person for certain events
How did you get started in this business?
I have been in this business for over 20 years. I am a graduate of the prestigious culinary school of Johnson & Wales University.
